How it works

  • FPV (First Person View) Racing Drones

    To achieve these amazing dynamic perspectives you need a high performance, manually flown drone that you can’t find on shelves. For this reason Astonishots builds & flies custom FPV drones of various sizes and capabilities, utilizing many years of experience spent competitively racing drones. Our drones are capable of insane speed, versatility and agility that is completely unmatched by off the shelf drones.

  • Video Goggles

    We wear specialized video goggles that show us a wireless live feed from our drone’s point of view allowing us to fly with pinpoint accuracy through the tightest of spaces while physically standing up to a mile away. With this futuristic technology we’re able to film and fly as if we are actually piloting from inside of the drone making it possible to keep the subject in frame while performing advanced 3D maneuvers.

  • Full manual control

    Other drones have a wide range of sensors, autonomy and stabilization built in to make them easier to fly. However, this also heavily limits what they can do. We fly our FPV drones with full manual control of every movement so that we can more precisely put the drone where we want it to go without limits. This results in a much larger range of creative possibilities and brings a natural flow to camera movements.

  • Indoor Micro

    Carrying a custom integrated de-cased GoPro Hero 11 and weighing 230 grams, this little drone is perfect for flying safely around people and through extremely tight spaces. With it’s covered propellers and lightweight plastic design this is the safest and most capable 4K camera drone in the world.

  • Indoor/Outdoor mini

    A step up from our micro drones, these mini drones can fly indoor to outdoor and at greater speeds while maintaining protection from the spinning props with a soft plastic. Best for faster dynamic shots in tight indoor or outdoor spaces near people. Can carry any full sized GoPro.

  • Cinematic Racing drone

    With the specs of a racing drone, this is the most versatile drone in our arsenal. Still small enough to get close and fit in tight areas, but powerful enough to chase subjects at up to 99+ MPH or dive down a mountain. This drone is best for filming outdoor action & motorsports or covering a large area quickly.

  • Indoor Cinelifter

    These larger Indoor FPV drones are capable of flying our heavier high-end cameras which are more suitable for mixing in with cinema grade shots. The Propeller guards make this drone safer indoors and near people. These drones retain much of the agility of our smaller indoor line-up while boosting camera quality significantly.
